Gold and silver, I consider to be insurance investments - insurance against anything and everything that an economy can throw at you. Whether the price goes up or down, gold remains gold - it is the worth of the dollar that varies, not the gold itself, which is what this video explains in a good manner.

Everyone should have gotten in on gold last year as it started to go up. Anyone who got in then should be rolling in it. Now…it’s just a matter of jumping on the bandwagon and riding out what’s left. Gold and silver is probably a decent investment choice at any time though imo.
